Recommendations

Teacher librarians must urgently commit to designing relevant library programs and prepare students for competing futures with instruction by:

-         building on expertise of media flow and organisation considering copyright

-         social networking with teachers, students, ICT team and likeminded professionals sharing tacit knowledge and skills

-         building original learning networks combining both traditional and emerging technologies to steer change (Hamilton, March 12, 2009; Valenzia, 2009; Johnson, et. al., 2013).
